Responsabilidades Limpiar y desinfectar todas las áreas del restaurante, incluyendo la cocina, el comedor, los baños y las áreas de almacenamiento. Barrer, trapear y limpiar pisos regularmente, asegurándose de que estén secos y libres de obstrucciones. Limpiar y desinfectar superficies como mesas, sillas, mostradores, utensilios y equipos de cocina. Vaciar basureros y asegurarse de que se gestionen adecuadamente los residuos. Realizar la limpieza de los sistemas de ventilación, extractores de aire y filtros según sea necesario. Revisar y mantener los suministros de limpieza, reportando cualquier escasez a la gerencia.
