Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Deep Cleaner to join a restaurant team in Seneca, OK. This third-shift position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning commercial kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained work environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physically demanding cleaning tasks while working independently.

Required Experience & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation areas
• Clean ovens, fryers, vent hoods, charbroilers, griddles, cheese melters, salamanders, rotisseries, smokers, kettles, tilt skillets, ranges, steamers, and coolers
• Clean floors, walls, and other kitchen surfaces to maintain sanitation standards
• Properly use company-approved cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Report maintenance issues and equipment needing repair to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete additional cleaning assignments as directed by management
• Follow all company safety procedures and sanitation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous commercial kitchen, janitorial, or deep cleaning experience preferred
• Experience using industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Knowledge of food service sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work around commercial kitchen equipment while wearing required PPE

Work Environment
• Commercial restaurant kitchen
• Overnight shift with minimal customer interaction
• Physically active role requiring thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities
