To keep up with growing demand, we are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Service Advisor to join our team in Racine or Kenosha! WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and requests by phone and email.
- Policy Information: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, and process necessary updates or changes.
- Renewals: Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork.
- Documentation: Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized client information.
- Other duties as assigned!
