This role is a unique case management position with limited clinical hands on work. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and pain relief Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure CPR/BLS certification required Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care About Us: THERAPY WORLD LLC is a dedicated rehabilitation provider serving the Gastonia, NC community with a commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized physical therapy care.
