What Youll Do:
- Diagnose and repair Ford diesel engines and related powertrain systems
- Perform warranty and non-warranty diesel repairs to Ford factory standards
- Use OEM diagnostic equipment (IDS, FDRS) and technical resources
- Coordinate with advisors and foremen to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain clean, accurate service records and comply with all safety policies
- Help mentor junior technicians when needed
What You Bring:
- Ford Diesel Engine Certification (Preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Ford diesel repair experience (e.g., 6.7L Power Stroke)
- Ability to diagnose drivability and mechanical issues accurately
- Familiarity with Ford factory tools and systems
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
