Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy sessions across various settings. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on skills needed for independence. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent degree combined with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Five years of progressively responsible PT experience if holding a bachelor’s degree only. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalents.
