Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift, Every Weekend Required

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 4 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly

Requirements:

Current License
Certifications: NRP, BLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Equivalency), ACLS
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-risk Labor and Delivery
EPIC experience within the past 12 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in high-risk labor and delivery settings.
Monitor patient vitals and fetal heart rates.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about labor and delivery procedures and post-operative care.
Ensure compliance with safety and care standards in the delivery room.

Compliance / Notes:

Must have reliable transportation (personal or rental vehicle recommended).
All work history information must be complete at the time of submission.
Must explain any employment gaps over 90 days.
Orientation is conducted bi-weekly on Mondays.
