We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, who is responsible for managing the organization’s outgoing payments, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role plays a key part in supporting financial accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with accounting policies. Requirements Education and Experience Basic accounting knowledge required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates Degree in Accounting strongly preferred. A minimum of one (1) year accounts payable experience preferred. Knowledge of 1099 reporting and tax compliance preferred. Experience with automated AP systems (Meditech software) or workflow tools strongly preferred.
