Job Description The Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is an exciting two-year career acceleration program designed for college graduates with a passion for technology. It provides rich, meaningful experiences to learn and grow while building the skillsets required to become a future‑ready technology leader within Johnson & Johnson. TLDP offers opportunities in roles such as business technologist and business analyst across areas including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Engineering & Analytics, Data/Decision Science, Intelligent Automation, Cybersecurity, Customer (Digital) Experiences, Commercial Excellence, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps/Security, and Scientific & Digital Health Technologies. Responsibilities Artificial Intelligence (AI): create systems and solutions that perform tasks requiring human intelligence, such as learning from data, reasoning, problem‑solving, understanding language, recognizing patterns, and making decisions. Full‑Stack Engineering: craft custom, efficient, and reliable code that drives business outcomes and fuels innovation across software and cloud. Product Management: transform customer needs into impactful product stories across Intelligent Automation, Customer Digital Experience, Commercial Health, and Scientific & Digital Health. Data Analytics: maximize data in its raw form and engineer, transform, model, visualize, and stream it into modern products and customer experiences. Cybersecurity: protect enterprise cyber assets through people, policies, processes, and technologies. Experience Design: focus on a user‑first approach, crafting experiences that are easy to use and purposeful, aligning fully with the customer journey. Qualifications A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of interview and hire is required. A Bachelor’s or Masters obtained between June 2026 – June 2027 is required. Ability to start full‑time by June 2027 is required. Willingness to relocate within the United States if required. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship is required. Experience in a technology or related internship or co‑op is preferred. Proven leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills. Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written, and presentation skills. Advanced analytics and analytical skills. Ability to commute between work locations. Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment. A passion for and knowledge of leading and new technologies. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,300. Additional compensation may include participation in the company’s long‑term incentive program. Eligible employees can participate in company‑sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees can also participate in the consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Time‑off benefits include vacation, sick time, holiday pay, personal and family time, parental leave, condolence leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, and military spouse time‑off, with specific hours or days listed in the company documentation.
