Accident & Health Operations & Onboarding Lead

Westfield Insurance is seeking an Accident & Health Operations Manager to lead onboarding and integration of MGUs, coordinating across underwriting, licensing, compliance, and IT to ensure scalable, compliant program launches. You will own the MGU onboarding strategy, set timelines, manage day-to-day partner relationships, and drive process improvements to optimize policy issuance, reporting, and service levels.
