The Opportunity

Forty minutes, one-on-one, with every patient. That includes evaluations and every follow-up visit. You won't be juggling two or three patients at once or handing treatment off to a tech.

This therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Natick built its model around the kind of care PT school prepared you for: time to think, assess, and connect with the person in front of you. Clinical decisions are made in the clinic, not by a regional manager. There are no productivity minimums.

Because sessions are one-on-one and unhurried, most therapists finish their notes during treatment time and leave on time most days.

• 40-minute one-on-one sessions for evaluations and all follow-ups
• Up to 12 patients per day , averaging 50–52 visits per week
• No productivity minimums. There is a quarterly productivity bonus, but no quotas and no pressure to fill downtime.
• Therapist-owned and operated , with clinical decisions made by clinicians
• Scheduling options , including a choice of start times and compressed-week options for the right candidate
• $85,000 – $105,000 salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 per year continuing education allowance
• Certification sponsorship. The clinic sponsors advanced certifications such as AAOMPT and works with therapists who need additional time to focus on them.

What Your Week Looks Like

You'll treat an orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health caseload, with the focus on individualized care rather than throughput.

• Evaluate patients and build individualized plans of care
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve
• Help patients get back to the things that matter to them, such as sports, lifting, parenting, and daily life
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever you want input
• Take part in bi-weekly clinical meetings with the team
• Build a specialty practice in areas such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling

For new and recent grads: You'll be paired with a senior therapist for 6–12 months of structured mentorship. You'll meet twice a week for 40 minutes, and that time is shaped around what you need to grow.

The clinic's average clinician holds a Net Promoter Score above 90.

What We're Looking For

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Solid clinical reasoning
• Interest in orthopedics, sports, or pelvic health

New graduates are welcome, and structured mentorship is provided.
