Sales Representative - Northwest WI - Emergency Care (Fire/EMS)

Field-based sales representative position focused on selling emergency care and fire/EMS products to pre-hospital providers in northwest Wisconsin. Role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and demonstrating advanced medical equipment to fire departments and emergency services.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Emergency Care products including transport systems, defibrillators, and compression devices
- Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative approach with fire chiefs and medical directors
- Develop expertise in Fire/EMS product line and competitive landscape to build customer credibility
- Manage customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process orders
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and budget management
- Ability to lift, move, and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with competitor products and market trends
Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
