Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 12 Number of Staff: 7 per shift Day Shift Staff: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 6 RNs Night Shift Staff: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 6 RNs Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:1 Type of Equipment: EVD, Lumbar Drains, Ceribell, EV100, PrisMax/PrismaFlex EMR: Meditech On Call Requirement: None Floating Requirement: As per facility policy Typical Hiring Profile: Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for this role. Candidates with the preferred skills will be prioritized. Typical Procedures Performed: Bedside EVD placement Lumbar puncture Intubation Bronchoscopy Central line placement EGD TEE Best Personality Fit: Personable Team-oriented Self-driven Initiative
