Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position: Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Bradley, IL Job Id: 356 # of Openings: 1 What You'll Do: Support the professional growth and development of RBTs through structured mentorship, including modeling best practices, providing timely feedback, reinforcing strengths, and coaching through areas of improvement. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to build clinical confidence and promote long-term success in the field of ABA. Serve as a clinical resource to ensure fidelity to treatment protocols and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines. Support Milestone management by assisting in tracking RBT team member progress toward key clinical and professional milestones such as competency assessments, supervision hours, and skill acquisition goals. Direct treatment and supervision in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and homes. What You WON’T Do: Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action – that's for the Managers to handle. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. Open to working in a hybrid position (travel between company locations may be required). Knowledge of all treatment settings that Milestone operates in, or willingness to participate in training to gain the necessary knowledge and maintain good standing with MST. At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred).
