We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems and plumbing services for both residential homeowners, commercial properties and industrial settings in Gillette, Buffalo, and Sheridan WY. Proudly serving our local communities since 1979.

HVAC Service Manager

Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 (DOE) plus bonus, depending on performance

Work Hours: Monday through Friday

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee daily service operations, technicians, and HVAC-related work orders to ensure smooth department performance
• Administer and manage HVAC maintenance and service agreements
• Dispatch technicians for emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and ongoing service requests
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians across the company
• Review, verify, and approve technician payroll hours and timecards
• Handle customer relations for HVAC service operations, including resolving complaints, answering technical inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for residential and commercial clients
• Support the controls division by assisting with estimating, scheduling, and completion of controls-related projects.
• Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with property managers and facility personnel
• Monitor inventory levels for HVAC parts and equipment while coordinating purchasing and stock replenishment
• Manage warranty processes by submitting and maintaining equipment and parts warranties through both paper and digital systems
• Ensure all service technicians maintain required certifications, licenses, and training compliance

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC management-related experience
• 10 + years of HVAC Service Experience
• Hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting boilers and chillers
• Background in project estimating and HVAC-related sales activities
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Procore is preferred
• Associate degree or completion of a trade school program is highly desirable
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving history
• NATE certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification after hire
