Attorney | Landlord Tenant | Hybrid | 148666

A California-based litigation practice is seeking an attorney with experience in landlord-tenant and real estate litigation to join a growing litigation team handling high-demand matters throughout California.

This opportunity offers direct mentorship from an experienced practitioner while providing exposure to unlawful detainer matters, property disputes, land-use litigation, and related civil litigation work. Attorneys in this role will work in a fast-paced environment with substantial courtroom exposure and increasing autonomy as they ramp into the practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle unlawful detainer matters from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation-related filings
• Conduct hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Manage landlord-tenant and property-related disputes
• Maintain direct client communication and provide litigation strategy guidance
• Collaborate with leadership while independently managing a caseload
• Participate in broader real estate and land-use litigation matters

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landlord-tenant or eviction litigation experience
• California Bar admission in good standing
• Courtroom and litigation experience preferred
• Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $175,000 – $225,000+
