Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of data within our systems. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on project workload post-implementation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and management of core data elements including products, customers, and vendors. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Support data migration, validation, and cleanup tasks as part of system implementation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure compliance with business rules. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, providing timely resolutions. Maintain documentation of data standards and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems. Prior experience in data entry, management, or administration related to product, vendor, or customer setup. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data-handling tools. Additional Information: This role is based in Baton Rouge, LA and may require on-site work. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week.
