Schedule 8-hour Day Shift, Monday to Friday, with up to 40 hours expected. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy but we also welcome new graduates. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients. Deliver high-quality therapy interventions, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Maintain productivity expectations of seeing 12-14 patients per day and achieving 60 visits per week. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Adhere to protocol regarding overtime hours as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
