Requirements Experience with email correspondence and customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Familiarity with graphic-art or print-production software Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with printing and warehouse teams Ability to review print-job details and identify discrepancies Dependable attendance and professional work ethic Job Duties Manage internal and external email communications Respond to customer and team inquiries professionally Process and coordinate graphic-design and print orders Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and graphic-art software daily Deliver print jobs to the appropriate printers Coordinate with warehouse employees throughout the day Confirm that orders are printed correctly Review print-job details using graphic-printing software Verify order specifications before production Monitor order progress and communicate relevant updates Provide customer service and resolve basic order questions Report printing errors or order discrepancies Assist with additional order-processing tasks as needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
