Industrial Electrical EngineerPosition:Are you a skilled problem-solver with exceptional multi-craft millwright expertise? Schaeffer Industries is a dynamic manufacturing facility looking for a hands-on industrial electrical engineer with advanced technical abilities across multiple trades, including electrical and mechanical skills. Learn more at: and Key Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with electrical (480V, 3-phase), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other manufacturing or packaging systems. Experience with tube mills, roll formers, and/or robotics is a plus.Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspection protocols, and repair procedures.Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for system layouts and repair.
