Job Title: CT Technologist

Location: Lubbock, TX

Type: Contract | 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM | 40 Hours/Week | Weekend Rotation Required (Sunday 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking CT Technologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout examinations
• Review images for quality and accuracy before submission to radiologists
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond effectively to emergency and trauma imaging situations as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required
• Current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License required
• ARRT (R) Certification required
• ARRT (CT) Certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred
• Pediatric acute care experience preferred
• Trauma imaging experience preferred
