Regional Digital Growth Director - KY Markets

Gray Media is seeking a Regional Digital Director to lead digital content strategy for WKYT, WYMT, WSAZ, WBKO, WDRB, WAVE, and WFIE. This role coordinates content production, distribution and best practices across the region and partners with corporate teams.

You will oversee content initiatives, analytics-based distribution, and staffing support across stations. Hybrid work flexibility and periodic travel within Kentucky are expected.
