Treatment spaces are organized for efficient patient flow, with access to therapeutic exercise equipment, modalities, and functional training areas to support a broad range of therapy interventions.This role features a truly mixed patient population, giving you the chance to grow your skills across multiple practice areas. Typical caseload includes orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, balance and gait disorders, and general conditioning and wellness programs. Patients span from adolescents to older adults, offering the opportunity to gain experience with varying functional levels and treatment goals.A typical day includes assisting the supervising Physical Therapist with implementing individualized plans of care, progressing therapeutic exercises and activities, providing patient and family education, and accurately documenting all treatments in the electronic medical record. You will help manage a scheduled outpatient caseload, working efficiently while maintaining a high level of hands-on care and patient engagement. Interdisciplinary collaboration and regular communication with the Physical Therapist are integral parts of the daily workflow.Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, supporting a stable work-life rhythm. The clinic is committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, offering in-service education and opportunities to refine your clinical skills. Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
PTA(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA
