Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist (RT) - PEDS, Twin Falls, Idaho. This position involves providing respiratory therapy services in a busy healthcare facility, ensuring quality patient care for a diverse patient population ranging from neonatal to geriatric. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role demands a commitment to shift hours from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekend work as needed
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; Certifications include ACLS, BLS, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC, and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC; Education includes CRT or RRT credentials; Experience of at least 1 year in respiratory therapy
• Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience, ability to assist with intubation, familiarity with inpatient and emergency room settings
• Float: Float rotation to ICU, floors, NICU, and ER may be required
• Additional Information: Candidates must confirm their permanent address is outside a 50-mile radius of the facility before proceeding with profile review. The position involves working with invasive procedures such as intubation assistance and bedside bronchoscopies, utilizing equipment including Drager vents, Cervo-NICU system, Hamilton transport vents, Vapotherm, and Philips V60 and V30 ventilators. A one-week department orientation is provided based on experience.
