This role combines nursing expertise, team leadership, and day-to-day clinic operations to help ensure our patients receive safe, efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care.You'll work alongside providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the care team while supporting employees, improving workflows, solving problems, and helping the clinic run at its best.What You'll DoAs the Clinic Supervisor, you will:Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to assigned clinical staffCoordinate staffing, clinic workflow, and patient care activities to keep daily operations running smoothlyServe as a clinical resource for nurses, medical assistants, and other support staffSupport employee onboarding, orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing developmentCommunicate expectations, provide feedback, and help employees grow in their rolesMonitor clinic operations and help resolve clinical, staffing, workflow, and patient-care concernsCollaborate closely with providers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamsPromote safe, efficient, patient-centered care and a positive patient experienceSupport compliance with clinical policies, procedures, infection prevention, documentation, medication management, and patient safety standardsAssist with quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen clinic processes and workflowsHelp ensure appropriate staffing and coverage based on clinic and patient needsAddress concerns professionally and support positive communication and teamwork among staffProvide direct nursing care and step into clinical workflows when needed to support the team and maintain patient flowPromote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and Alluvion Health's standards of careWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Clinic Supervisor - RN who can balance clinical knowledge, leadership, and daily operations while building strong relationships with employees and providers.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS certification or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hireCurrent valid driver's licenseOne (1) to three (3) years of leadership experienceThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in a primary healthcare setting or equivalentStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach, guide, and support employees while maintaining clear expectations and accountabilityAbility to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a busy clinical environmentAbility to work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, leadership, and other departmentsPreferredExperience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health settingWhy Join Alluvion Health?At Alluvion Health, we believe taking care of our employees matters too.
