Salary: $75+/hr
AMG Home Healthcare Services is looking for qualified Physical Therapist interested in a part-time and/or per diem role to provide PT Home Health services to the Belle Glades community
Our Therapists will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, creating treatment plans, & treatment/progress follow-up with our Belle Glades pediatric and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and interviewing patients and their family members
- Creating individualized treatment plans that can be carried out at home
- Outlining treatment goals and methods to be used
- Assessing patients and monitoring their progress
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college/university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- Active BLS Certification
- Have a reliable method of transportation
- WellSky/Kinnser Knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus
