Texas Health Resources seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiac Telemetry team in Fort Worth on PRN nights. The 28-bed telemetry unit serves adult to geriatric patients with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and 12-hour shifts.
As a Magnet facility with Level III Trauma Center status, the hospital supports self-scheduling and delivering high-quality patient care while fostering work/life balance.
