Located in Mcminnville, OR Salary: $21.25/$23.75/HOUR Machine Operator - Food Processing Facility Schedule: 3 - 4 day work weeks with set shifts Full-Time, Temp to Hire Location : McMinnville Day Shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Shift 1: Sunday - every other Wednesday Shift 3: Every other Wednesday - Saturday Night Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) Shift 2: Sunday - every other Wednesday Shift 4: Every other Wednesday - Saturday Wage: Day $21.25/hour Night shift $23.75/hour Our Express office is locally owned and operated with a vested interest in our community's success. Production Machine Operator We're seeking a Production Machine Operator to run and maintain machinery, ensuring safe and efficient production of high-quality products. Responsibilities:- Operate, monitor, and set up production machines
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed
- Follow SOPs, GMPs, and all safety protocols
- Document production activities and report deviations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes
- Participate in training to improve skills and stay updated
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read technical manuals and production documents in English
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours, and overtime as needed
- Knowledge of food safety practices and GMPs
