Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking dedicated, qualified, and committed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team in Maryland. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to provide meaningful ABA services to children, teens, and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with measurable goals.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians and ABA technicians.
• Train and supervise ABA technicians in the implementation of individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans.
• Model and monitor treatment strategies to ensure effective implementation and client progress.
• Train parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Collect, graph, and analyze clinical data to monitor progress.
• Adjust treatment strategies and interventions as needed based on data and client progress.
• Prepare routine progress summaries and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Maryland BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments.
• Experience developing and writing positive behavior support and treatment plans.
• Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client assignments.
• Strong communication, clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

In-Person Service Requirement

• Must be willing and able to travel to clients' homes to provide in-person services.
• Approximately 25% of services must be provided in person.
• Candidates may provide the remaining services via telehealth when appropriate, but must be comfortable traveling to clients' homes for the required in-person portion of services.
