Join our growing team and drive state-of-the-art 2026 and newer Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks on dedicated long-haul routes based out of Ontario/Eastvale, CA.

Unlike traditional driving jobs where your income can fluctuate with available loads, our compensation program is designed to provide guaranteed weekly pay based on your verified CDL-A/OTR experience , consistent team miles, and a predictable weekly schedule.

GUARANTEED WEEKLY PAY — PER DRIVER

Your guaranteed weekly compensation is based on your verified CDL-A and OTR experience.

6 Months–1 Year of Experience

• $1,500 guaranteed per week
• $78,000 annual base compensation
• Up to $89,700 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus

1+ Year of Experience

• $1,750 guaranteed per week
• $91,000 annual base compensation
• Up to $104,650 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus

1.5+ Years of Experience

• $2,000 guaranteed per week
• $104,000 annual base compensation
• Up to $119,600 annually with the maximum 15% performance bonus

All compensation figures are per driver, not per team.

• Approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck on team OTR linehaul
• Dedicated, multi-leg long-haul routes
• Weekly return to the same Southern California-area domicile

BONUSES THAT REWARD YOUR COMMITMENT

Retention Bonuses

• $1,000 bonus after your first 30 days
• $3,000 bonus after 12 months of continuous employment

Performance Bonus

• Earn up to an additional 15% of annual base compensation
• Performance is based on established safety, on-time service, and productivity metrics
• Eligible top performers can reach approximately $119,600 annually in the highest compensation tier

Driver Referral Program

• Additional bonuses are available for referring qualified drivers and driving teams
• Program details will be provided during onboarding

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To qualify, you must have:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR driving experience
• Additional verified experience to qualify for higher compensation tiers
• A clean or otherwise qualifying driving record under company standards
• The ability to operate as part of a professional OTR driving team
• A commitment to safe driving, dependable service, and on-time deliveries
