About the Job Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and security, managing profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth transition, and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
