Litigation Paralegal

Overview Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr. A boutique law firm is looking to identify a strong Litigation Paralegal. Strong eDiscovery and trial experience a must! Responsibilities Assist in all stages of litigation matters. Experience with Word and PowerPoint; cite checking (including use of the Blue Book); Relativity or similar litigation/document management databases; document production; deposition preparation; trial preparation; and filing through court-required systems (e.g., PACER; Odyssey; Tyler); Manage docketing and scheduling; maintain case files; and handle office administrative responsibilities as part of the role. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or paralegal certificate. 5+ years as a paralegal.
