This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. Wellington Regional Medical Center is located in Wellington, Florida. It is a 235-bed, acute care hospital, owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., a highly respected healthcare management organization. Job Requirements: The Histo Tech performs all approved laboratory histological procedures in areas of Licensed Histotechnology. Position requires the use of sound judgment and responsibility with a minimum of supervision by the Laboratory Supervisor or Pathologist in performing procedures on appropriate patient specimens as approved and instructed by the Medical Director.
