Position Summary RP Chicago is seeking a full‑time Breast Imager for our Chicago‑based practice. Both fully remote and hybrid onsite positions are available. Candidates must be residency‑trained in Diagnostic Radiology. The successful candidate will share Radiology Partners’ vision for fostering an integrative and collaborative care model while working within a multi‑disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reviewing all breast imaging. Case mix includes Contrast Enhanced Mammography and Breast MRI; the hybrid onsite position will include MRI biopsies. The position also leverages Radiology Partners’ Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and workflow automation to prioritize studies, improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative burden so radiologists can focus on high‑quality diagnostic interpretation. Position Duties and Responsibilities Schedule: Flexible hybrid (remote + onsite) or fully remote. Hours: 7 a‑4 p CST (flexible day shift hours). No other shift requirements outside of dedicated shift hours. Productivity bonus available. Desired Professional Skills and Experience Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, board‑certified and residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology. Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. Ability to secure an Illinois license. Compensation The target salary for this position is $500K – $600K base plus incentive compensation and up to $100 K starting bonus. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
