Physical Therapist

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing the delivery of care; and with the approval of the patient, establishes reasonable and measurable goals within a specific timeframe. The professional physical therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid NJ Physical Therapy License
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Acute Care and Acute Rehabilitation experience

Salary Range - $38.97 - $49.96 hourly (based on experience)
