Using data-driven insights, well customize a solution that addresses your organizations most pressing needscreating a more affordable, predictable, and simple health care experience./ppEvernorth Workplace Care - Personalized Care Where You Are/ppPosition Summary:/pulliPrimary Care treatment in a Workplace-based setting/liliEpisodic care (low acuity Urgent Care)/liliExtended Episodic Acute Care which can include 4-5 visits for an illness or injury that is limited in its chronicity/liliChronic condition education and co-management with outside primary care if EWC is not the PCP/liliAbility to oversee and perform CLIA waived tests, dispense Rx medications, and oversee a specimen collection lab/liliCollaboration with onsite employees to provide biometric screening and health and wellness education/liliPotential for Travel Medicine recommendation and immunizations or administration of allergen immunotherapy (with proper training)/liliDirect one on one health coaching to employees along with referring patients into wellness programs/liliPartner with local HR/Benefits team to improve employee health/liliPartner closely with, and potentially oversee, members of the health care team (MA, LPN, etc.)/li/ulpClinical Requirements:/pulliGraduate of a Certified NP or PA program/liliActive and unrestricted NP or PA license in respective state, and ability to maintain./liliMinimum of 2 or more years of NP/PA experience, working independently in an internal medicine or family practice setting/liliAbility to practice independently in respective state/liliMay be asked to obtain licensure in additional states/liliDEA licensure and prescriptive authority and ability to maintain/liliStrong primary care experience including womens health/liliChronic Disease Management experience is preferred/liliElectronic Health Record experience; EPIC experience is a plus/liliBLS certification and ability to maintain current certification/liliPhlebotomy experience is a plus/li/ulpNon-Clinical Qualifications:/pulliExcellent interpersonal skills including internal and external customers and group settings/liliPassionate about overall health and wellness and patient education/liliHigh energy and strong customer-centric focus/liliAbility to work clinic hours/liliSolid attendance record/liliStrong time management skills/liliAdditional language skills such as Spanish is a plus/liliSupervisory experience (indirect or direct) is preferred/li/ulpThis full-time role is based in the Health Centers in Summerville and Rome GA./ppIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppAbout Evernorth Health Services/ppEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
