Location: 370 Portland Avenue, Yarmouth, Maine, 04096 -: What You'll Do: Unit Manager covers two units, Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit Over sees 2 Charge nurses * $4K sign on bonus * As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being What We Deliver: $4,000 Sign on Bonus!
