What You'll Do

As a key member of the Material Control team, you'll help ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to production and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead inventory, shipping, and receiving operations
• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules
• Receive, stock, kit, and ship materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Set up and replenish production floor materials
• Partner with Buyers, Planners, Supervisors, and Production teams
• Maintain organization and compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
• Cross-train across multiple material control functions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and production environment

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory control, shipping, or receiving experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device manufacturing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership, lead, or team lead experience
• Experience using RF scanners, UPS shipping software, and pallet jacks
• Inventory reconciliation and cycle count experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
