HardHat Workforce Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for performing various plumbing tasks in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring the smooth operation of plumbing systems and delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH NO HUB CAST IRON, PRESS COPPER, CARRIERS, BLACK WATER ETC
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing installations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial plumber.
- Valid plumbing license/certification in VA/DC/MD or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Experience in installing and repairing various plumbing fixtures and appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
