Marketing Intern

Paid Internship - $17.00/hour About Us Spar & Bernstein is a nationally recognized immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, social media strategy, CRM management, advertising, and audience development. The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Director of Marketing and gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns across social media, newsletters, paid advertising, audience targeting, and marketing operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day social media management across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and marketing communications
- Help organize, audit, and reconcile CRM and marketing database information
- Assist with audience research and segmentation for digital advertising campaigns
- Support the development and organization of marketing campaign structures
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and content performance
- Help prepare marketing reports and performance insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and campaign execution
- Perform administrative and operational marketing tasks as needed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and social media
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, and social media platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience working at a high-volume, nationally recognized law firm
- Exposure to social media strategy, CRM systems, newsletters, and digital advertising
- Direct mentorship from the Director of Marketing
- Real-world experience in campaign development and audience targeting
- Opportunity to build a professional marketing portfolio
