Key Responsibilities
- Assist buyers with visiting and considering potential homes to buy on private tours
- Assist with open houses and broker tours
- Assist buyers with disclosures, comparable sales and home purchase analysis
- Complete Agent Visual Inspections
- Assist with various listing and buyer-related transaction coordination roles
Qualifications
- California Real Estate Salesperson license required
- Exceptional professionalism, people skills, team spirit and attitude
- Willingness to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 11am - 7pm. Tuesday & Wednesday are fully off days.
