Key Responsibilities
Assist buyers with visiting and considering potential homes to buy on private tours
Assist with open houses and broker tours
Assist buyers with disclosures, comparable sales and home purchase analysis
Complete Agent Visual Inspections
Assist with various listing and buyer-related transaction coordination roles
Qualifications
California Real Estate Salesperson license required
Exceptional professionalism, people skills, team spirit and attitude
Willingness to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 11am - 7pm. Tuesday & Wednesday are fully off days.
