Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 8346 WATSON RD location. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
• Processing cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
• Handling and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team player with a positive attitude and an easy smile
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work setting
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required
