Java Developer

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 8–10 years of backend development expertise. The role focuses on supporting identity and access management (IAM) services, including dual-factor authentication and user identity creation. The ideal candidate will have strong Java skills, experience with Spring Boot, and familiarity with cloud and container technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Java (currently on version 18, migrating to 21). Build and manage APIs to support front-end connectivity across various business units. Support identity portfolio services including IAM and dual-factor authentication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Ensure high performance and reliability of backend systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in backend Java development. Proficiency in Java (version 18+, with readiness for version 21). Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Hands-on experience in building and managing APIs. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
