This role allows you to function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting that serves senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates within a community‑based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on‑site full time, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team‑based care environment, and a value‑based model focused on seniors. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures. Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations. Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
