Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Norman, OK

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the South Central region, featuring outstanding equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home each week.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain family connections and address personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily manage dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus solely on driving.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings range from $1,100 to $1,500 based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policies, $12/hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes span Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. All toll expenses are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
