Salary : $60,000–$80,000 Why This Accountant Opportunity Stands Out Direct exposure to executive leadership, including the Controller and CFO Opportunity to take ownership of financials for multiple business units (mini-controller experience) Fast-track career growth with clear paths to senior and leadership roles Be part of a company actively investing in process improvements and modernization High visibility role where your insights directly influence decision-making Entrepreneurial, flexible culture with a relaxed and family-friendly environment Work within a multi-entity organization spanning 60+ locations across multiple states Hands-on experience with advanced accounting systems and automated reporting tools Opportunity to step into a team during transformation and make a measurable impact Strong benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), and generous PTO Key Responsibilities For The Accountant Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Execute monthly close processes and meet strict reporting deadlines Investigate and resolve variances, providing actionable insights Partner with operational leaders to support financial performance Qualifications For The Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of accounting experience with financial reporting exposure Strong reconciliation and month-end close experience Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
