Registered Nurse ICU

Role: Registered Nurse ICU Responsibilities: Provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity patients in the ICU. Perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and critical drips, monitor hemodynamics, and respond promptly to patient status changes. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families, and adhere to evidence-based protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical knowledge in critical care, excellent assessment and monitoring skills, ability to work effectively within a team, and excellent communication skills.
