Urology in New Jersey | Coastal, Suburban, or Metro-Accessible

A physician-led urology group in New Jersey is looking for an additional surgeon who wants real input into how and where they practice. Coastal, suburban, or metro-accessible: the location is flexible, and so is the model. This position has a strong surgical volume, a collaborative team, and an earning potential that clears seven figures.

Job Highlights:

• Multi-specialty outpatient group with site options ranging from suburban to metro-accessible to coastal
• On-site imaging, diagnostics, and procedural support with experienced colleagues alongside you
• Monday through Friday schedule with 1:4 weekend call and one evening pager call per week
• Base salary with RVU incentives, earning potential exceeding 800K, and full malpractice with tail

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Comfortable managing a mix of surgical and clinic cases
• Open to all experience levels
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
