Creative Health Pharmacy is seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy organization serving southeast Kansas. Our ideal candidate is a pharmacist who is excited to serve as the long-term Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) of our Sedan, Kansas location. However, we recognize that exceptional pharmacists have different career goals, and for the right candidate, we are also open to structuring the position as a full-time staff pharmacist role supporting our pharmacy locations.

This is more than a traditional dispensing position. We are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and providers, and wants to help shape the future of independent rural pharmacy. Whether serving as PIC or as a staff pharmacist, you'll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while working alongside ownership to improve patient care, develop innovative pharmacy services, and strengthen the health of the communities we serve.

Creative Health Pharmacy is a pharmacist-owned independent pharmacy organization with four pharmacy locations across Kansas and Oklahoma. Our services include medication synchronization, adherence packaging, immunizations, non-sterile compounding, clinical pharmacy services, and Kansas' first retail telepharmacy. Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee daily pharmacy operations (preferred role).
• Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling, medication therapy management, and clinical services.
• Administer immunizations and participate in expanding clinical pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Participate in medication synchronization, adherence packaging, and other patient care initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient care, and pharmacy services.
• Build strong relationships within the community and help promote the continued growth of the pharmacy.
• Provide occasional professional support at other Creative Health Pharmacy locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas pharmacist license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Previous PIC or leadership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with and supervising pharmacy technicians.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software (PioneerRx experience preferred).
• Self-motivated with a desire to improve pharmacy operations and expand patient care services.
• Passion for practicing in a rural community and building lasting patient relationships.
• Immunization certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $60/hour to $65/hr (higher based on experience).
