Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of approximately 25-30 production employees.

• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily manufacturing operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements.

• Optimize staffing, machinery, and material utilization to improve production efficiency.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity and product quality.

• Collaborate with engineering teams regarding work order changes, tooling improvements, and technical drawings.

• Identify and resolve manufacturing and production issues.

• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

• Promote workplace safety and maintain a positive manufacturing environment.

• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.

• Foster strong employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Perform additional production management responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bilingual communication skills required (English and Spanish).

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience required.

• Previous experience supervising manufacturing or production teams required.

• Experience managing production operations in a manufacturing facility preferred.

• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams preferred.
